We at Kateclo respect and value our customers, so returns are part of a Online Brand business process. We ensure we give our best to the customers and are open towards returns as well.
PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
A: Yes, you can choose to cancel the order if the product has not already been shipped. Ready to ship items are shipped on the same day of order. Not ready to ship items will be shipped on the second day. We will inform you of the cancellations on your registered email address.
Q: Could we cancel an order if not shipped within 2 weeks?
A: We try to ensure that your ordered products are shipped to you in the stipulated time, but at times there are chances of delay in processing due to unavailability of stock, or other unavoidable circumstances. If the order has not been shipped to you within 2 weeks, you can opt for cancellation and 100% of your ordered amount will be refunded.
Q: I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?
A: Yes, you can. At Kateclo, we don't believe in just selling, our motto is to form a community of likeminded tastes and fashion sense. We take strict measures to deliver Absolute Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that
a. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
b. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or
c. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
Q: How soon should I get back to you if i want to return a product?
A: Please note that you can only return unstitched products. For sized products we shall be able to accept returns but you will be given only store credit. Custom measurements will not be enititled to returns or store credit. . For all returns please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues. If the email is received within 48 hrs you will be refunded the full order amount.
Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
A: Items sold under CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS/ STITCHED BLOUSE are NOT returnable. Items reported after 48 hrs are NOT acceptable. Also upon receiving returns if we feel the customer has worn the garment or the garment is not in the same form as was shipped, the return will not be accepted.
Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from Kateclo?
A:#1 - Informing Kateclo.com within 48 hrs to Support@kateclo.com
#2 - Confirmation email from Kateclo
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorization Reference.
#3 - Shipping Back the Items
When Shipping back the items:
1. As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues.
2. Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc.
3 - Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items
4 - Please share tracking detail with in 48 hours
Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis -
a. Choose an alternate product from our website.
b. Store Credits for future order on Kateclo.
store credit is valid for 6 months after the order is returned.
c. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the company rules and any cancellation charges if applicable will be deducted from the refund.
Refund may take 7 business days to reflect in the customers bank account.
Q: But I had to pay the courier service for Shipping the item back!
A: If the error was from our end, the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product will be refunded. In any other case, the Shipping Charges and other expenses related to returning the product would be borne by you.
A: In Store Credit Purchase Returns, You need to pay shipping charges for you next order. We will deduct shipping charges from you store credit amount.
A: Express shipping charges are non-returnable
Q: How long does a refund take to be initiated
A: It generally takes about 9-10 working days for a refund to be processed with Kateclo.
Q: Can I place COD order ?
A: Yes, we offer COD in limited places with additional COD fees which are non-refundable.
